Dr. SUN, Yiu Kwong
Chairman, UMP Healthcare Group

Dr. SUN Yiu Kwong is a specialist in Family Medicine. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1967 and obtained the qualifications of the Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Family Physicians in 1987 and the Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 1993. With over 40 years experience in family practice, Dr. Sun is a Founder Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Family Physicians and a clinical supervisor in Family Medicine of the College. With his vision and passion in clinical services, Dr. Sun has been appointed as the Clinical Assistant Professor (honorary) in Family Medicine of the University of Hong Kong; and the Clinical Associate Professor (honorary) in Family Medicine of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Sun is currently the chairman of both the UMP Healthcare Group and the Beijing Eaton Management Service Limited.

Dr. TSE Wai Chung Wilson
Director, UMP Healthcare Group

Dr. TSE Wai Chung Wilson, a specialist in Paediatrics with special interests in psychosocial medicine, is a 1977 medical graduate in the University of Hong Kong. He obtained the qualifications of Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Paediatricians in 1992, and Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Paediatrics) in 1993 respectively. With more than 20 years of practicing experience, Dr. Tse has been practicing as a private medical practitioner in Paediatrics since 1985, and is currently a Director of UMP Healthcare Group. He furthered his interests in psychosocial medicine and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1994.

Dr. LEUNG Chi Sai
Director, UMP Healthcare Group

Dr. LEUNG Chi Sai, as an appointed Director in UMP Healthcare Group, is a specialist in dermatology. Dr. Leung obtained a Diploma in Dermatology (London) in 1982. He became the Fellow of both the Hong Kong College of Physicians and the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine specializing in Dermatology and Venereology in 1993. During 1985 – 1992, Dr. Leung served as the Honorary Consultant Dermatologist in Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital. On the other hand, Dr. Leung held various positions in Dermatology Associations. Dr. Leung was the Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Dermatology from 1987 to 1989. He was also the co-founder of Asian Dermatology Association in 1986 and is currently the Director of the Association.

Ms. KWOK Cheuk Kwan Jacquen
General Manager, UMP Healthcare Group

Ms. Jacquen Kwok, General Manager of UMP Healthcare Group, obtained her BA (Hons) from the City University of Hong Kong. She has furthered studies and obtained LLB (China) and M.Sc in Health Services Management in 1996 and 2004 respectively. Ms. Kwok was responsible for establishment of the administrative operations of UMP Professional Management Limited. She has over 10 years’ experience in medical scheme management and is currently in charge of the operational management of the UMP Healthcare Group of companies.

Mr. YU H.T. David
Director, UMP Healthcare Group

Mr. YU H.T. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, and an Associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a founder and Director of Management Capital Limited, a Hong Kong-based financial advisory and direct investment firm. He was formerly a Partner of “Coopers and Lybrand” (now “PricewaterhouseCoopers”), and a member of the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Yu has extensive experience in corporate finance and general management. He is currently serving as a member of the Investment Committee of Employees Retraining Board, a statutory body established under the Employees Retraining Ordinance, Hong Kong, the Disciplinary Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance of Hong Kong ) appointed by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of the Hong Kong SAR. He also sits on the boards of several listed companies and private companies in Hong Kong.
