Patient's safety and quality standard are always our top priority issues in our practice. To ensure our clinical practice not only fulfill but possibly beyond the requirements of Hong Kong SAR Government and various registered local health authorities as well as our patients, we have established a “Professional Ethics, Standard and Compliance Committee” chaired by our Group Chairman and Medical Director. The Committee comprises of various senior medical practitioners from both Family Practice and Specialties.

Part of the Committee's responsibilities is conducting clinical review and audits of our practices at regular basis. Issues like the clinical practice, patient's right, confidentiality and medical ethics etc. were all looked after by this committee. UMP attaches equal importance to the well-being of each patient for whom we believe ourselves fully responsible. Our patients' trust in our clinical professionalism is crucial to us.
